Join the e-freight revolution in air cargo!

IATA reports 1 in 4 shipments are flown without paper AWBs. Unfortunately, independent forwarders lag behind this statistic. Multinational forwarders on the other hand avoid manual processing fees and paper AWB surcharges, reduce errors, and get full electronic tracking by transmitting booking and AWB details electronically.

We all know that errors and missing documents create potentially costly claims and cause delays. Printing paper AWB and delivering them with the cargo for the airline or handler enter the data in a rush before the flight is far from a best practice.

Airlines charge manual processing fees and paper AWB surcharges that are either absorbed by the agent or passed on to the shipper, making your company less profitable or less competitive compared to the multinationals. What are you waiting for?

WIN Airfreight allows you to make bookings and transmit AWB details electronically to 160+ airlines for increased speed, accuracy, fewer delays and significant carrier fee reductions.

WIN provides full tracking on every shipment and enables sharing of Master and House AWBs with the destination agent (as PDF or JSON/XML data), and sharing tracking milestones, and any attached pouch documents.

  • Book and transmit AWB details electronically with full IATA e-AWB support
  • Save BIG$ with reduced carrier manual-processing fees
  • Access “fast-track lanes” at airports reserved for electronic shipments
  • Get real-time tracking on web, email, mobile app or into your system
  • Partner agents get full tracking, access to e-pouch documents and more!
  • Easily integrate software or use WIN online. See if your software is integrated with WIN Airfreight.
  • Convenient online features include multi-carrier address book, reuse AWB and other great time-savers!
