WIN
e-Weight Slip

Automate the weight slip process!

WIN’s e-Weight slip is a powerful tool that eliminates the slow and error prone process of forwarders having to wait for paper weight slips detailing pieces, weight, and dimensions of cargo from ground handlers, blocking the adoption of e-freight for agents, ground handlers and airlines worldwide.

  • Increase efficiencies
  • Improve accuracy
  • Save time
  • Eliminate another barrier to e-freight adoption

The e-weight slip feature can be used in two ways:

1. Agent already has the weight and pieces information received from the shipper.

  1. Agent logins to WIN or in their operational system and creates a Master and applicable House AWBs with the known pieces and weights - Save in DRAFT mode.
  2. As cargo moves to the ground handler and weighting is complete, the handler will key actual Pieces, Weight and Dimensions for each house AWB into WIN which in turn automatically and instantly updates the agent’s draft AWB.
  3. The agent will be notified by email and within the WIN system Pcs,Wgt, Dims are updated automatically.
  4. The agent then needs to confirm and or update details of the airway bill and send the Master and House AWBs to the airline - just at a click of a button!!
  5. Agents also have the option to print Weight slips or use the easy “get data" to access weight slip information in JSON or XML formats (integration not required).

2. Agent takes the cargo to the ground handler to be weighed prior to creating draft AWB.

  1. Ground handler weighs the cargo and instantly transmits the information to WIN electronically; agent alerted on email or push EWS data into the agent’s system.
  2. Agent can efficiently make new AWBs with accurate Pcs, Wgt, Dims and sent to airline..
  3. The agent will be notified by email and within the WIN system Pcs,Wgt, Dims are updated automatically.
  4. Agents also have the option to print Weight slips or use the easy “get data" to access weight slip information in JSON or XML formats (integration not required).
