IATA AGREEMENT

 I have read and understand e-AWB agreement at IATA website
 We hereby appoint Worldwide Information Network (WIN) as our agent for purposes of executing the IATA MULTILATERAL E-AIR WAYBILL AGREEMENTset forth as Attachment 'A' to IATA Resolution 672 on our behalf and to bind us to the obligations set forth therein
 We understand and agree that WIN shall act solely on our behalf as our agent in connection with the IATA MULTILATERAL E-AIR WAYBILL AGREEMENT and shall have only the authority in connection with the Agreement to.
 Add our company information and designated contact (as provided in this form) to the "LIST OF FREIGHT FORWARDER AFFILIATES" set forth as Attachment 'C' to IATA Resolution 672 that shall be maintained by IATA and made available to all industry stakeholders through required means, including but not limited to, a public website.
 Upon our request, remove our company information from the "LIST OF FREIGHT FORWARDER AFFILIATES" set forth as Attachment 'C' to IATA Resolution.
 WIN may facilitate our participation in e-AWB messaging.
 Receive "ACTIVATION NOTICE TO FREIGHT FORWARDER" set forth as Attachment 'F' to IATA Resolution 672 from Airlines on our behalf.
 We agree to indemnify WIN and hold WIN harmless for any loss or damage (including legal expenses) which may be incurred in connection with the Agreement or in performing any obligation arising from IATA Resolution 672. We agree to be responsible for the performance of all obligations under the Agreement.
